Refund Policy for the Identity & Purpose Seminar

At Thrive, we believe that every young person’s journey to discover their purpose is precious and unique. We are committed to creating a safe, supportive space for you to grow, learn, and be inspired. Because of this, we want to be transparent and understanding about our refund policy.

We understand that plans can change and sometimes circumstances shift unexpectedly. If you need to request a refund, please reach out to us as soon as possible — we’re here to listen and support you through the process.

• Full Refund: If you contact us at least 14 days before the seminar start date, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee.
• Partial Refund: Requests made between 7 to 13 days before the event will be eligible for a 50% refund.
• No Refunds: Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds for cancellations made less than 7 days before the seminar begins. We encourage you to consider your commitment carefully when registering.

We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you experience a serious emergency or unforeseen circumstance, please contact us directly. We are open to discussing alternative options, including transferring your registration to another participant or future events.
