3-Day Online Seminar · Tue–Thu, 12–14 May 2026 · 8pm - EAT

You're busy.
But are you going anywhere?

Most young adults aged 18–28 are performing — keeping up, showing up, moving fast. But privately? They can't answer the three questions that actually determine the direction of their lives: who am I, what do I stand for, and where am I going?

Thrive is 3 days of honest, faith-rooted work that ends that confusion — for good.

The bold promise — after 3 days you will be able to
  • Say who you are without borrowing someone else's words
  • Make decisions from the inside out — not from fear or pressure
  • Name your direction in one sentence and mean every word of it
Day 2 · The anchor
You've been deciding without knowing what you stand for.
We surface the values already in you — and give them a name so they can do their job.
→ You leave able to say no to the wrong things — with confidence.
Day 3 · The direction
You've been moving — but not sure you're going anywhere.
Identity plus values equals direction. You write it down. You own it. You leave with it.
→ You leave with a North Star you can navigate by on Monday.

Name the feeling

You know something is off.
Here's what it looks like.

This isn't about being broken. It's about being 18–28 in a world that moves fast and never stops to ask: but who are you in the middle of all of it?

The itch — you've felt this
  • You say yes to things because it's easier than explaining why you want to say no
  • You compare yourself constantly — and you're never quite winning
  • You don't know how to describe who you are without listing what you do
  • You make decisions based on what others expect, then wonder why they don't feel right
  • You're moving — but not sure you're going anywhere that's actually yours
  • You've been waiting to "figure yourself out" before you start really living
What Thrive resolves
  • You stop performing and start choosing — because you know what you're choosing from
  • You can say who you are without borrowing someone else's words
  • Your decisions come from your values — not from fear, pressure, or habit
  • You have a direction that's yours — written, named, and real
  • You know what Monday looks like — and the Monday after that
Why it matters

Not knowing who you are
is costing you something.

The problem isn't that you're lazy or lost. The problem is that nobody ever sat with you long enough to help you answer the questions that determine everything else. Thrive does that — in three days, with faith as the anchor and honesty as the method.

🪞
When you don't know who you are
You become what the room needs you to be. You shrink in some spaces and perform in others. You carry labels that were never yours. Thrive names that pattern — then helps you replace it with something true.
⚖️
When you don't know what you stand for
Every decision becomes negotiable. You drift into relationships, commitments, and directions that don't fit — because you have no internal compass to say "this isn't me." Thrive builds that compass.
📖
What faith brings to the table
Scripture doesn't tell you who to become. It tells you who you already are. Thrive uses that as a foundation — not a lecture. You don't need to have your faith figured out. You just need to be open.
Why 3 days is enough
Because clarity isn't complicated — it's just rarely given the space it needs. Three focused sessions, honest work, and the right questions are enough to change how you see yourself. Then you carry that into every day after.
Be honest with yourself

This is for you if...

Thrive is built for people who are ready to do the work — not just attend. Read this before you register.

This is for you if...
  • You're tired of feeling like everyone else has it figured out except you
  • You want real clarity on who you are — not a personality quiz result
  • You're willing to be honest and do the reflective work
  • You're ready to leave with something written, not just something felt
  • You're open to faith-rooted wisdom as a guide — even if your faith is still forming
  • You want to know what Monday looks like after the seminar ends
This is not for you if...
  • You're looking for a motivational talk that fades by Tuesday
  • You're attending because someone sent you — not because you want to be there
  • You want theory without practical tools you can actually use
  • You're not willing to reflect, write, or share honestly
  • You expect a church service or a Bible study class
The experience

Three days.
Each one resolves something real.

12–14 May 2026 · 8pm, East African Time (EAT) · Each day targets a specific part of the confusion — and ends with a written deliverable that proves you've moved through it.

Day 1 · Tuesday 12 May · 8pm, EAT
Who Am I?
You leave able to say who you are — in your own words, not borrowed ones.
"I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made." — Psalm 139:14
  • The itch: you've been living by labels that were never yours
  • We name the labels, trace where they came from, and put them down
  • You discover your God-given design — strengths, wiring, story
  • You write your identity statement — your first deliverable
Practical · No theory without a tool
Day 2 · Wednesday 13 May · 8pm, EAT
What Do I Value?
You leave able to make decisions from the inside — not from pressure, habit, or fear.
"Guard your heart above all else, for it determines the course of your life." — Proverbs 4:23
  • The itch: you've been deciding without knowing what you actually stand for
  • We surface the values already operating in your life — named and unnamed
  • You map your top 5, test them against your real decisions, and own them
  • You write your values statement — your second deliverable
Practical · No theory without a tool
Day 3 · Thursday 14 May · 8pm - EAT
Where Am I Going?
You leave with a direction that is yours — written, specific, and ready for Monday.
"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord. — Jeremiah 29:11
  • The itch: you've been moving without a destination that actually belongs to you
  • Identity plus values equals direction — we build yours step by step
  • You write your North Star Statement — your third and final deliverable
  • You leave knowing what comes next — the 30-day plan, community, and coaching
Practical · No theory without a tool
What you can do after that you couldn't before

The difference between
before and after Thrive.

These aren't abstract feelings. They're specific shifts in how you show up — in decisions, conversations, and the direction of your life.

01
You can describe who you are without listing your job, grades, or what you do for others. You have your own words now.
Identity statement written
02
You can say no — clearly, without guilt — because you know what you're protecting when you do.
Values named and owned
03
You can answer "where are you going?" in one sentence. And mean it. That sentence is your North Star Statement.
North Star Statement written
04
You have 3 workbooks of honest written reflection — yours to return to whenever life gets loud and clarity starts to fade.
Yours to keep forever
05
You're not alone in it. A community of peers who did the same work — and will call you back to it when you drift.
30-day support built in
06
You know what comes next — practically, spiritually, and personally. The seminar ends. The clarity doesn't.
Optional 1-on-1 coaching

We've got answers.

What exactly will I walk away with? +
Three concrete, written deliverables: a personal identity statement (Day 1), your top 5 values articulated in your own words (Day 2), and a North Star purpose statement (Day 3). These are not abstract feelings — they are written documents you keep and return to. You also receive 3 workbooks, a 30-day email series, community access, and a certificate of completion.
Do I need to be religious or have a church background? +
No. Thrive is faith-rooted but not faith-exclusive. Our framework draws on Scripture because we believe it offers timeless wisdom on identity and purpose — but you don't need a church background to benefit. You don't need to have your faith figured out. We share these truths with warmth, not pressure, and every participant is welcomed exactly where they are.
Is this all theory or will it be practical? +
Every session is built around the principle: no theory without a tool. We never lecture for more than 15 minutes before moving into a solo exercise, peer breakout, or workbook activity. The sessions are designed to feel like a workshop, not a class. By the end of each day you have something written — not just something heard.
What happens after the seminar ends? +
The work doesn't stop on Day 3. You receive a 30-day post-seminar email series designed to keep you anchored to what you discovered. You also stay connected through the Thrive community. For those who want to go deeper, 1-on-1 coaching is available after the seminar — just indicate your interest on your Post-Session Reflection form.
Why is there a commitment fee rather than a free registration? +
Because we've found that people who invest — even a small amount — show up differently. The KSh 500 early bird fee is not about the money; it's about intention. It's your way of telling yourself: I'm serious about this. The fee is also fully credited toward any future Thrive programme.
What if I can't make one of the live sessions? +
We strongly encourage attending live — the community experience is central to how Thrive works. If you have a scheduling conflict, reach out to us before registering and we'll do our best to find a solution. Each session builds on the previous one, so attendance across all 3 days makes the biggest difference.
What do I need to participate? +
A phone or laptop with reliable internet, a quiet space where you can speak and listen freely, something to write with, and an open heart. We handle everything else. Sessions are designed to work even on a phone with limited data.
